All products are delivered with confirmation numbers around the world. We will provide you with the tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

All orders are shipped from New Delhi, India.

Each piece is handmade on order. All orders are shipped out after being prepared as per the fulfillment timelines. The fulfillment timelines are mentioned on the  product pages. Tracking number is updated via email.

For All countries except USA and AUSTRALIA, please note-

All shipments are marked DAP (delivery at place), which means that all import duties must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.

For orders from Australia

Our delivery partner ie DHL partners up with third party shippers in Australia to deliver to outlying areas which are not covered by DHL routes. This adds an additional 2-3 business days to the delivery timelines and is not something in our control. Please contact your local DHL office to get a clear timeline on deliveries from India. We will not be responsible for any delayed shipments to these said outlying areas. 

Returns, Refunds and exchanges

As each piece is handmade on order, all sales are final. (No refunds, no returns)

However if any mistakes are made from our side (quality of clothes) we would be happy to help you out. Please send us an email with pictures of defect within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then determine if the client is eligible for the exchange by responding within 2 working days of receiving your email. The item must be unworn with all original tags on. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.

**Store Credit Only:**

- We do not offer refunds for returned items; however, we provide store credit for the returned product(s).

- Store credit can be used to make future purchases on our website.

**Exchange Option:**

   - If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at customercare@pertedego.com along with the issue with the items received. Customers opting for an exchange will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

**Final Sale Items:**

   - Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
