All orders are processed in 2-4 days of being prepared as per the fulfillment timelines. Tracking number is updated via email.

All shipments are marked DAP (delivery at place), which means that all import duties must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that customers take full liability for all shipment costs and any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
Returns, Refunds and exchanges
As each piece is handmade on order, all sales are final. (No refunds, no returns)
However if any mistakes are made from our side (quality of clothes) we would be happy to help you out. Please send us an email with pictures of defect within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then determine if the client is eligible for the exchange by responding within 2 working days of receiving your email. The item must be unworn with all original tags on. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
