Beautiful fabric, loose fit

I ordered an XS shirt, but it still requires tailoring to fit me. The sleeves are too long (go below my elbow), the collar too wide, and the body is very loose (even though I normally wear only a small). It's a beautiful fabric, so I might work with a tailor to alter.
